Tom Cruise Katie Holmes planning 'welcome to the neighborhood' party for Beckhams

Now that Victoria and David Beckham have moved into their new LA home, pals Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are planning on throwing them a ‘welcome to the neighborhood’ party.

And, the news comes straight from Posh herself.

Victoria, who thanked Katie for all her help while choosing the right house in LA, told the Mirror that the A-list Hollywood couple were throwing them a ‘little welcoming party’ that will also give them a chance to meet their neighbors.

"Tom and Katie have been so good to us. They're throwing us a little welcoming party and have been helping out with our move," the paper quoted her, as saying.

"They are honestly such nice, genuine people. We're always getting asked if we're converting to Scientology...it never even comes up in conversation. We like them as people.

"Someone can worship a rock as far as I'm concerned, if it makes them happy!" she added.

Posh and Becks will also get a chance to meet the footballer’s LA Galaxy team-mates when he throws a social do for them and their families.
