According to the Mirror, the 33-year-old decided to pull out of the show when NBC bosses insisted her to move to Los Angeles for the shooting, when hubby footballer David was still in Madrid to play two matches for England, as well as his last Real Madrid game.
‘Posh Spice’ insisted that her family was her priority over her career.
"My family will always come before my career,” US Weekly quoted Victoria, as telling the Mirror.
However, Victoria’s rep has denied any such reports and has claimed that the singer has just taken a week off to be with her family and will be back on the show.
“Victoria has not pulled out of the TV show. She has had so much fun filming the show but it is true that she took last week off and is taking this week off to look after the boys and support David,” the rep said.
“However, she will be back in L.A. in mid-June to continue filming. It’s completely up to the network how long and in what format they decide to broadcast the show,” the rep added.
Victoria announced in February this year that she was working on a reality show that will document her move to Los Angeles from London.
She signed a deal with NBC for six episodes of a half-hour unscripted reality TV series which is to be produced by Simon Fuller.
