Prince Harry celebrated the occasion the way he is known to celebrate an occasion - with shots of 38 per cent proof Sambuca. Lots of them. Till, in the words of a guest at the party, "…he was so p****d he couldn't order a drink properly."
Before being spirited out of his wits by the Sambuca, the Prince pronounced his love for 21-year-old Chelsy in a warm birthday speech.
Harry and Davy were accompanied by Prince William, 25, and Kate Middleton, 25.
According to the Mirror, the four first had dinner at Prince Charles' country mansion and later hit the Vine Tree Pub, near Highgrove, Glos.
There was the customary birthday cake but it ended up being splattered on faces of the boisterous revelers.
William and Kate used the occasion to make up for lost time, which wasn't all that much if you think about it, swapping spit to the beats of Abba.
An insider said, "They behaved as though they had just met, holding hands and kissing non-stop."
Harry and Chelsy, however, kept it low key and just exchanged romantic glances.
