Britney Spears will have to undergo random drug testing as per orders issued by a judge hearing the custody case between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline, according to reports by Access Hollywood.
The struggling pop diva will also have to meet a parenting coach at least eight hours a week, the report added. “Based on the Evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by the Petitioner," the court documents say.
The court also said that Spears and Federline will have to be off alcohol when they are with their kids Sean Preston and Jayden James. Furthermore both will have to avoid getting intoxicated 12 hours prior to having custody, the court said.
Spears and Federline have been granted joint custody of their children, but Federline wants to increase his share. However Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon has awarded a 50/50 joint arrangement.
The next hearing in the case is scheduled for November 26.
