There is a good reason why R&B singer, actress and fashion designer Beyoncé Knowles made it to the list of best-dressed celebrity compiled by People magazine.

Seen here wearing a LBD with a sweet heart neck and ruche bodice with beads, hair set in soft curls and holding a silver clutch she looked ravishing.

She avoided eye contact with photographers while making a hasty exit after partying with Jay-Z and Diddy at the launch of Diddy's Unforgivable Woman fragrance, held at The House of Unforgivable, located 9 East 67th Street.
