Kevin Federline is very excited that he has received the invitation for the world's pre-eminent horse race.
"I am so excited to attend the Kentucky Derby this year and am honored that the Barnstable Brown Family personally invited me," People quoted Federline," as saying.
"I've wanted to go for the past few years, so I am taking the opportunity and going to enjoy attending the race, going to the black tie gala's and enjoying the whole experience. It's such a great tradition, and I'm glad I can be a part of it!" Federline added.
Others celebrities expected at this years' Grade I stakes race named 'That's Entertainment' are American rapper, singer and rock musician Kid Rock, model, actress and author Jenny McCarthy, Super Bowl MVPs Peyton Manning and Tom Brady, Olympians Bode Miller and Apolo Ohno, FOX News commentator Bill O'Reilly, actresses Raquel Welch and Cybill Shepherd, comedian Eddie Griffin, country singer Travis Tritt and R&B's Michael McDonald.
The show will be co-hosted by Priscilla Barnstable and Patricia Barnstable Brown, who became famous as the twins in the Doublemint gum ads. They will also throw a Barnstable Brown Party in which Birkhead has been showing a lot of interest.
The proceeds from their charity evening will go for the benefit of diabetes research in honor of Barnstable Brown's husband, David who died of the disease in 2003.

The Queen, K-Fed and Birkhead to make Kentucky Derby an extra special affair
This year's Kentucky Derby's guest list has never been as star studded in its 133-year history, British monarch Queen Elizabeth II, Kevin Federline and Larry Birkhead all putting in an appearance.
