The couple separated after a series of rows last month. The main reason being that Chelsy was fed up with 23-year-old Harry's excessive drinking and lack of commitment.
She had also been upset when Harry snubbed her 22nd birthday party to watch the Rugby World Cup final in France in October.
After the two had their heart-to-hearts talk, they decided to give their relationship another go.
However, the reunion is still on shaky grounds, as it seems the Zimbabwean-born heiress, wants to return back to South Africa.
Chelsy is at the moment not enjoying studying law and is depressed by the cold in Leeds.
"Their relationship is not the problem - it's Leeds," Daily Express quoted a source as saying.
"Chelsy does not like the law course and is unhappy there and it is touch and go whether she will return to South Africa. They are both trying to work out a solution," the source added.
To make matters worse, security concerns have meant that Harry has been able to visit her only once since she arrived in the city in September.
The one option for Chelsy, is to transfer to a university in London, but she has decided to wait till after Christmas before making any decisions.
She will be flying home to South Africa once her term ends on Dec 07.
