Britney Spears, new look, same old

The officially single mom was uncharacteristically, almost statuesquely, attired in black Thursday evening at Winston's Bar in West Hollywood, California. However, her unkempt hair, oversized shades and most of all a blue lollipop that she desperately clung to struck jarring and discordant notes.

The overall affect was very characteristic of the wayward 25-year-old - sort of snafuish
According to TMZ, as soon as the pop trash got into her Mercedes, she handed the lollipop to a new and unidentified hunk in the backseat of the car who gleefully began to suck on it!
Interestingly, Britney's cousin and wannabe pop singer Alli Sims was back with her after an absence.

"She's a wonderful mom and she is so hands-on," Sims recently told People about Britney.

"Britney loves those babies to death. And they adore her," she added.

So we aren't surprised Sims is back with Britney.
