Britney Spears plans to celebrate her freedom on Friday

Britney Spears is hoping a court appointed doctor who evaluated her will tell Commissioner Reva Goetz that she is now ready to take her own decisions and the temporary conservatorship over her and her estate will be dispensed when it comes up for review at a hearing tomorrow.

If that happens Britney will celebrate her freedom with a dinner for friends on Friday, Februray 15.

Commissioner Reva Goetz temporarily appointed Britney's father Jamie and attorney Andrew Wallet as conservators of her estate Friday, February 1.

The conservatorship is scheduled to be reviewed Thursday, February 14 at 1:30 p.m. PT.

A source close to Britney tells E! News that even though Britney is "getting along great" with her mother she resents her father Jamie's control over her and her estate.

Britney and her mother Lynne were spotted shopping in West Hollywood earlier this week. On Wednesday Lynne accompanied Britney to her third successive dance class at the Millennium Dance Complex, for kids aged 4 to 7 selected from the studio's junior program.

Britney is "just fooling her parents" by pretending to go along with them, the insider says.

She "is telling her friends she wants the conservatorship to end. She keeps talking about it. She is behaving herself because she wants to get her [life] back together and get rid of her dad."
