Kate Hudson Tops “100 Most Beautiful People” List

The always-interesting issue of People magazine’s 100 Most Beautiful People is on the way, and Kate Hudson was just revealed to be the cover girl and number one pick for 2008.

The 29-year-old mother heads a list that includes the likes of Salma Hayek, Rumer Willis, Mary J. Blige, Amanda Beard, the Gossip Girl cast and cute couple Eva Longoria & Tony Parker.

Back to Kate, when asked if she was always such a looker, she dodgingly replied: “I was a tomboy. I had three brothers. I was the girl with the dress on that always came back in the house filthy with scrapes and bruises. But I was always very girly. I had to be able to twirl so that my underwear showed.”

And the Fool’s Gold babe thinks that the evening is when she’s at her best, saying: “(I look best) at the end of the night, when everything’s soaked in and I’m still up. I like the leftover makeup in the morning. You’ve got to wash your face but there’s always the leftover eye makeup, I love that.”

Hilary Duff Stops By TRL

Following the Monday night Tribeca Film Festival premiere of her new movie “War, Inc.”, Hilary Duff was spotted back on the promotional path earlier today - paying a visit to MTV’s TRL studios.

The former Disney queen’s new flick, which was written and produced by Must Love Dogs actor John Cusack, comes out in theaters on Friday, May 23.

On another note, Hilary recently dished a bit about her relationship with her hockey star boyfriend Mike Comrie, saying that she’s really been getting into her man’s sport.

“[Hockey] has kind of been a new obsession,” Duff said at Monday night’s premiere. “When I’m in New York, I’m going to hockey games a lot.”

And her man returns the favor, as Hilary tells: “He sits through days of press, of me doing interviews, like one after another after another, and doesn’t complain about it. He was a good sport today.”

Gwyneth Paltrow’s NYC Promotion Whirlwind

She just may be the hardest working woman in showbiz! And one look at Gwyneth Paltrow’s agenda yesterday is enough to make anyone’s head spin.

The “Shakespeare in Love” actress’ first stop of the day was at MTV’s Total Request Live, along with her “Iron Man” costar Robert Downey Jr. And she looked sexy in a black leather miniskirt, along with a black wool topcoat and a pair of shiny black heels.

From there, she headed over to the Ed Sullivan Theater to tape her appearance on “The Late Show with David Letterman.” And while she may have shown up in workout clothes, by the time she hit the stage, Gwyn looked amazing, sporting a pair of Christian Louboutin heels.

She recently told press, “I [am] so happy people are loving it. [People] are getting so excited about it, but the truth is that the experience was so wonderful, and such a happy, happy time.

That’s really why I’m so happy that I did it. The idea that there could be another one, and we could get our little family back together — it would be great.”

Paltrow’s final stop of the day found her at the Tribeca Grand Screening Room as part of the Tribeca International Film Festival, going on this week.

And she certainly turned some heads in her Stella McCartney see-through getup as she made her way to the private screening.

Lindsay Lohan Glams Up ‘Scarlet’ Launch

It was just an ordinary Monday for Lindsay Lohan, as she headed into her local beauty salon, along with gal pal Samantha Ronson. And she looked cute in a casual black shirt overtop a pair of denim cutoff shorts.

The “Mean Girls” babe smiled for the paparazzi and flashed a ‘peace’ sign as she entered the facility, receiving what appeared to be a manicure and pedicure while she chatted away incessantly.

After being sufficiently pampered, the “Georgia Rule” star made her way to the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood for the launch of the Scarlet HD TV series.

LiLo showed off her natural ‘assets’ in an interesting two-part blue dress that was shiny on top and silky below the waist. Hey, if anyone can pull it off, Lindsay can!

Tila Tequila Plays By the Pool

Taking some time to get crazy in Atlantic City, Tila Tequila was spotted enjoying herself and posing for the paparazzi at the pool inside Harrah’s Resort and Casino.

And with the new season of her Reality TV dating show premiering tomorrow night, the bisexual babe has been prepping for the world to see her second “Shot at Love.”

Tila told press, “You know, this season has been fun for me. Bobby broke my heart, and I wasn’t sure I was up for this again. He started getting anxious because we weren’t allowed to see each other while the show was airing so people wouldn’t figure out who wins.”

As for her preferred type, Tila says, “Well, I’m really not into bimbos. Male or female. People don’t believe me when I say that, but it’s true. I like smart people I can relate to on an emotional and mature level.”
