Angelina Jolie bought 6-year-old son Maddox a bagful of books at Borders in Chicago, IL

After playing capturing the flag games on his sixth birthday Saturday (06 August 2007) Maddox will probably spend the days ahead soaking up the one thing that makes this world so fascinating - knowledge - and he looks pretty excited with the prospect.

Taking a cue from his mother, who is not just one of the most photographed women in the world but also perhaps the most tattooed (13 when last counted), Maddox was seen sporting a cartoon tattoo on his right arm.

Going by his tattoos Maddox seems to have already learnt something about dinosaurs.

The whole Jolie Pitt family went to the Field Museum in Chicago, IL Saturday (11 August 2007).

When the family emerged from the museum Brad, customarily attired in denims jeans, beige body hugging T shirt, sun glasses and a cap, was carrying Zahara and holding Pax's hand.
Angelina, wearing a dark green long skirt with a black top carried baby Shiloh and had Maddox by her side.

The look on 14-month-old Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt suggested that she had seen something profound at the museum.

We think two-and-a-half year old Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt, unlike her parents, is beginning to enjoy the paparazzi attention!

Three-and-a-half year old Pax Thien Jolie, clad in camouflage trousers, seemed to be reliving the excitement of the battle games he played on Maddox’s 6th birthday last Saturday (05 Aug 2007) .

Finally, Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt at six is beginning to look grown up.

Brad Pitt rejoins Angelina Jolie in Chicago after jury duty in LA

Brad Pitt arrived back in Chicago Friday, after doing jury duty in LA Thursday, to a warm welcome from partner Angelina Jolie who was at the airport waiting and welcomed him with a warm smile.

Brad arrived at Chicago O'Hare airport commercial terminal and was escorted out by police and his bodyguard where Angelina waited in a SUV.

As he stepped into the SUV Angelina greeted Brad with a warm smile and a possible kiss.
On Thursday in LA, while Brad sat in the court for jury duty reading a book and waiting, he was interrupted by a woman who showed him a magazine that declared his split from lady love Angelina Jolie, and asked, "Is this true?"

We hope the lady gets to see these pictures.

Angelina Jolie on the sets of 'Wanted' in Chicago

After spending some quality family time with Brad and their brood, first at a chateau deep in the French countryside and then at their oceanfront property in Santa Barbara, California, Angelina Jolie resumed filming for 'Wanted' in Chicago.

The film is an action thriller and Jolie's attire on the sets goes with the genre. We find it amazing that the 32-year-old Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency manages to look statuesque and sexy at the same time, irrespective of what she wears!

Brad Pitt and Angelia Jolie arrive in Chicago

Brad Pitt and Angelia Jolie arrived via private jet in Chicago. Brad carried a sleepy Maddox and Zahara while Angelina carried Shiloh to their awaiting SUVs.

The couple celebrated the sixth birthday of their son Maddox on Sunday, Aug 5 at their oceanfront property in Santa Barbara, Calif.

The celebrations started Saturday and spanned the weekend. They centered around a game of capturing the flag and had Maddox, his friends, Brad, Angelina and even Zahra donning camouflage fatigues and painting their faces like commandos.
