Alessandra Ambrosio's Catwalk at Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

New mommy Alessandra Ambrosio showed off her fit post-baby body as part of the 2008 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Miami Beach.

Taking to the catwalk in a number of outfits, Alessandra’s garb included a spectacular ensemble adorned with giant gold angel wings as she strutted her stuff alongside 34 fellow Victoria’s Secret beauties.

“The theme of the show is a return to glamour,” company CEO Sharen Turney told press. “Victoria’s Secret is about sexy and the new sexy is glamorous for this season.”

Adding to that note, costume designer Todd Thomas said, “It’s a celebration of sophistication and elegance ... our way to do a new take on holiday celebrations.

Heidi Klum and Seal at 2008 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Red Carpet

With the kiddies back home in capable hands, Heidi Klum and her musician hubby Seal showed their affection for one another on the red carpet at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Miami Beach.

The posh weekend-long affair hit it’s high note last evening during the catwalk show, during which Heidi joined her fellow Victoria’s Secret supermodels in showing off 68 of the lingerie brand’s new looks.

At the end of the show, wearing what many consider to be the beast the best outfit of the night, Klum strutted out with “a monstrous bow-shaped set of wings, adorned with oversized shimmering red sequins.”

At this point, the 34 lovely ladies helping Victoria’s Secret and Heidi make the night possible all came out on the stage to a “thunderous” applause timed up with stageside fireworks.

Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2008 The Runway

Heating up an already warm November day in Miami, Florida, the girls of Victoria’s Secret’s hit the runway for the 2008 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show at the Fontainebleau Hotel last evening.
To kick the show off, R&B singer Usher took the stage before 35 sexy supermodels strutted their stuff in front of a celeb-packed audience at the newly renovated Miami Beach hotel.

Among those taking to the catwalk were VS veterans including Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima and Marisa Miller, along with Orlando Bloom’s gal Miranda Kerr and new mother Alessandra Ambrosio.

“The theme of the show is a return to glamour,” said company CEO Sharen Turney. “Victoria’s Secret is about sexy and the new sexy is glamorous for this season.”

According to AP reports, “The models showed 68 outfits, including the $5 million Black Diamond Fantasy Miracle Bra worn by Lima and designed by jeweler Martin Katz. It is decorated with white and black diamonds and rubies, and will be for sale in the company’s catalog.”
