The blonde singer has confessed she enjoys experimenting in the bedroom with her DJ boyfriend Tom Crane.

She said: "Sex toys are the best. I find whips funny but draw the line at chains. Vibrators are fun - whatever turns you on, I guess. It's all just a bit of a giggle, isn't it? And not to be taken too seriously!"

Sarah also said she enjoys donning sexy outfits to entertain her lover.

The 'Call the Shots' singer - who has a cameo role in the upcoming schoolgirl comedy St. Trinian's - said: "I love all that stuff, dressing up in costumes - whether it's schoolgirl stuff or nurse outfits or pretending to be a naughty maid.

"It's all good fun and I love being bossy, it's really empowering. And it gives me a really strong feminine feeling."

The Girls Aloud singer, who is the face of Ultimo underwear, has recently lost weight but is fuming because most of it has come off her impressive chest.

Sarah, 26, said: "My boobs are the first things to go when I lose weight, and it really upsets me. If I want to get a cleavage, I need to wear a good bra."

The Call the Shots singer has also revealed her wild partying constantly worries her mother.

She added: "She gets upset when she sees the pictures and reads about me. She rings and gives me a hard time.

"I can't say that I'm not a binge drinker. I do go out, drink and get photographed - but I'm not always as wasted as people think."

Sarah recently claimed "only pussies go to rehab" and insisted stars like Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears need to get a grip.

The heavy-drinking star said: "Only pussies go to rehab. I'm a bit of a geezer-bird, but I don't drink pints."

Meanwhile, the group have confessed they are sick of Sarah and Nadine always making them late.

The 'Call the Shots' singers claim they only ever argue about the pair's atrocious time-keeping.
Nadine confessed: "The last row we had was the same one we always have because me or Sarah were late getting in the car in the morning, holding everyone up."

Cheryl added: "They are always late. They don't even bother to apologize anymore or make an excuse. It's become a bit of a joke.

"We've tried lying to them about what time we have to leave, but it doesn't work. They're always behind schedule."

'Girls Aloud' star Sarah Harding astounded Scottish radio DJ Suzie McGuire by stripping off during a live broadcast.

She wanted to show the Clyde 1 host the cuts and bruises she sustained during filming at an Argentinean riding school for her new reality TV show, Passions.

The actress took off her clothes so quickly that it left the host completely in surprise.

Cheryl - who is married to Chelsea soccer star Ashley Cole - said: "I'm not happy with my body. I have to watch my weight and really put myself through it, trying silly diets or doing stupid gym workouts.

"When I joined the band I put on a lot of weight and at one point was 133 pounds. Now I have just one day a week when I eat whatever I like."
