First picture of Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz's baby Bronx!

While people all over the world were opening all kinds of gifts for Christmas yesterday, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz had their own little present for everyone - a picture of their newborn son Bronx.

The “I Don’t Care” rocker and his “Pieces of Me” songbird wife posted a “Happy Holidays” greeting on Wentz’s Web site Friendsorenemies.com addressed to “all our friends.”

Accompanied by a picture of the happy family, the post read, “We decided to share the best gift we could ever receive with you: Bronx Mowgli Wentz.”

Little Bronx was born on November 20th and has dramatically blessed his parents’ lives. Ashlee recently revealed that he “makes me laugh and smile every day.”

Ashlee Simpson accompanied Pete Wentz to the pre Grammy party hosted by Fuse TV and Pete at Hollywood's Goa club, Thursday, February 7.

Ashlee looked adorable dressed in a classic black and grey houndstooth dress with a slim white leather belt and black pumps.

Pete matched colors with Ashlee's dress in grey trousers and vest over a full sleeve black shirt and a green with black pattern silk scarf around the neck.

The couple looked stylish and their body language suggested they were totally in love with each other.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz attended a pre Super Bowl Party in Phoenix

In preparation for this weekend’s Super Bowl madness, Ashlee Simpson rolled into Scottsdale, Arizona last night to kick off the week’s festivities at Myst nightclub.

The “Pieces of Me” singer was accompanied by her emo hottie boyfriend, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, as she posed for the paps on the red carpet. Both were dressed in all-black ensembles complete with similar sneakers.

Just after midnight, the “La La” songstress hit the stage to sing a four-song-set, including her hit “L.O.V.E.” as well as three brand spanking new tracks from her upcoming album, ‘Bittersweet World.’

Of her new material, Simpson told press, “If anything, I hope people just have a good time and dance to (the record). For me, it was fun because it was my third record, so I really got to do whatever I wanted to do with it.”

After partying at the Shore Club on New Year Eve singer Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz soaked in the sun at South Beach, Florida on New Year day. Intriguingly, Ashley wore a band on her left ring finger fueling speculation that the couple is engaged.

Ashlee looked cheerful in black skinny jeans, gray short sleeve crewneck screen printed Tee and ballet flats. Her platted hair was neatly hidden under a black cap.

She acknowledged the presence of photogs with a coy smile, perhaps secure in the knowledge that the peak of her cap and her big dark shades covered most of her face.

She carried a rather large black leather tote bag.

Wentz looked relaxed if not cheerful in purple crewneck Tee, black hipster denims with sneakers and a striped knitted beanie.

Overall, we liked the look.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz at the NY Knicks game

Reports of discontent amidst Fall Out Boy band members about his association with Ashlee Simpson notwithstanding, band bassist Pete Wentz was with Ashlee courtside at the NY Knicks game.

Besides, the reports are "tabloid bulls--t" says the band's guitarist, Joe Trohman, on his blog friendsorenemies.com.

"We don't have any 'pals' that gossip to the tabloids over our business. Those kind of folk are called douchebags, and we don't fraternize with douchebags. We also don't blame a certain someone for our lack of a Grammy nod. That's absolutely f---ing absurd," he goes on to add.

Not wanting to leave anything unsaid, Trohman says Ashlee is "nothing short of awesome, and we fully back her."

Ashlee Simpson: Pete Wentz is my 'best friend'

The 'Pieces of Me' singer - who has been dating the Fall Out Boy rocker for over a year - insists she and Pete are soul mates and also claims the musician's constant praise has made her more confident in her work.

Ashlee said: "He's a great sounding board and very supportive. Pete and I compliment each other. We are best friends and we encourage each other. I think that is so important in any relationship - it builds a solid foundation."

The 23-year-old singer, whose third album is due out next year, also revealed starring as Roxie Hart in the London production of the musical 'Chicago' gave her self-esteem a major boost.

She added to CosmoGirl magazine: "There was a time when what people said about me could really get me down. But working on 'Chicago' helped me come into my own. The stage had been a dream of mine ever since I was a little girl, and being able to fulfill it was amazing. It taught me to be more comfortable with myself."

Pete, 28, also recently described Ashlee as his "best friend".

The bassist said: "We're past the honeymoon period. The truth is, it's crazy to be able to kiss your best friend. It's just a really awesome thing.

"People like to make our relationship seem different than to what it is. People will say, 'No one holds hands that much.' But I'm like, 'Why would you not want to touch the person that you're in love with?' "

Ashlee Simpson's dad, boyfriend turn her bodyguards

Ashlee Simpson's dad, Joe, and her rocker boyfriend, Pete Wentz, teamed up to defend the pop singer against a bodyguard in Decaydance/GQ party at the Mirage's Jet nightspot.

The fight occurred when father, daughter and Wentz were trying to leave the place.
Bouncers at the club were willing to let Ashlee, Joe and Pete go but blocked the way of the Simpson entourage, which included the Gym Class Heroes MC, Marc DeJesus.

The fist- fest erupted once the tempers went high and one guard pushed Wentz, and banging Ashlee against a wall.

Wentz rushed to help Ashlee and flooded punches on the body guards along with Joe Simpson.
"When somebody messes with my baby, then it's over!" NY Daily quoted Joe, as saying.

Fortunately the episode did not result in serious injuries the Simpson-Wentz group managed to leave.

Wentz spat on the wall of the club, which seemed that he promised not to set his foot inside the club again.

Joe suggested that the bouncers are "just mad they make 12 dollars an hour."

Seen in this recent photograph, Ashlee and beau Pete are outside in the valet parking area of Toast restaurant waiting for Pete’s car to arrive.

The pair had lunch and then were observed laughing as Pete picked his teeth. Dude, that’s what toothpicks are for, or haven’t you heard?

According to Us magazine, the couple are not engaged and Ashlee is definitely not pregnant.

Online rumors floated that Pete popped the question just before his Live Earth performance on July 17th due to her condition, and Ashlee wanted to keep it hush-hush because of the unfavorable publicity that accompanied sister Jessica Simpson’s marriage to Nick Lachey.

If they ever actually marry, maybe Ash can teach him some table manners. We can only hope.

Ashlee Simpson promotes boyfriend Pete Wentz club for 'loser friends'

Fall Out Boy lead singer Pete Wentz, Gym Class Heroes lead Travis McCoy and Yellow Fever clothing designer Jamison Ernest now together own a place where they say "all our loser friends can hang out" - Angels & Kings on East 11th Street in New York.

Wentz told Page Six he wanted a place for his friends to kick back without being hassled by strict door policies and pretentious, uptight atmosphere.
"It's different when you want to bring your friends to a place . . . and maybe we're just not cool enough to get in. We really just want someplace where we can hang out and be ourselves."
Ernest cheekily added his idea of a club was "a place that anyone can go and have sex in the bathroom and not get in trouble."
It is likely Ashlee Simpson is not aware of his wicked intent.
