Jesse Metcalfe got into a fight while at Boulevard 3 nightclub

Usually in this business it’s the celebrities that attack the annoying fans/paparazzi/whatever.

But last night, Jess Metcalfe found himself at the hands of an aggressive and jealous boyfriend.

The whole thing went down outside of Boulevard 3 nightclub, where the “Desperate Housewives” actor greeted friend and fellow actress Taryn Manning with a hug. As the two began chatting, Jesse put his arm around her, and that didn’t sit well with Manning’s man.

Before he knew it, the “John Tucker Must Die” actor was being attacked by Taryn’s boyfriend on the sidewalk outside the club. And when the fight was broken up, Jesse went into Boulevard 3, while Taryn and her testosterone-heavy boyfriend headed next door to Social.

While inside Boulevard 3, it seems Metcalfe rounded up the troops and went next door to Social to take care of some unfinished business. A short while later they emerged with grins on their faces.

Jesse Metcalfe rekindles romance with on/off lover Nadine Coyle

The 'Desperate Housewives' actor and the Girls Aloud singer - who split earlier this year over claims Jesse had cheated on Nadine - were seen house-hunting in Los Angeles at the weekend.

The smitten couple were photographed laughing, holding hands and kissing as they were shown around a luxury two-bedroom apartment.

A source said: "She was giggling and he couldn't wipe the smile off his face. They came to look at an apartment and she said, 'I can't believe this could be our very first place together.'

"They looked very much in love."

Nadine, who has been splitting her time between the UK and Los Angeles, recently denied claims she was back with Jesse.

The 22-year-old pop beauty was seen enjoying a passionate embrace with Jesse during her trip to America last month, but insisted their relationship was purely platonic.

She said: "Jesse and I aren't back together. I hadn't seen him in ages when those pictures of us were taken.

"Jesse and I arranged to meet up for lunch. Those pictures of us kissing were just me saying goodbye.

"We're exes so we're still close and we were just being sweet. But we are not back together."

Nadine has always insisted Jesse - who recently completed a stint in rehab for alcoholism - didn't cheat on her during their relationship despite him being photographed with a variety of women.
