Paris Hilton gets charitable !

Sure she’s in South Africa to hang with her boyfriend Benji Madden and his band Good Charlotte on their tour, but Paris Hilton is a sucker for loving on orphans!

The “Hottie and the Nottie” starlet was spotted doing a little humanitarian work yesterday in Pretoria. And from the looks of it, the kids loved her.

Miss Hilton stopped by the Jacaranda Children’s home for orphans to brighten up the day for the home’s residents. She wore a beautiful white dress along with a Kentucky Derby-style hat as she schmoozed with the youngsters. One of them even brought her a bouquet of flowers!

And while South African orphans love her, it seems that environmentalist groups are slamming Paris for her 12-day 20,000 mile flight schedule. Apparently the heiress is using too many fossil fuels in too little time, hence increasing the pollution in the air.

Benji Madden Gives Paris Hilton a Helping Hand

When it comes to unflattering paparazzi photos, the panty, or panty-less crotch shot has become (unfortunately) one of the most sought after angles. But Benji Madden wasn’t about to allow his girlfriend Paris Hilton to fall victim to the prying paparazzi.

Last night as they left Maestros Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, California, the happy twosome were, as usual, hounded by clamoring shutterbugs. And as the “Stars are Blind” singer stepped up into the waiting SUV, her Good Charlotte rocker boyfriend covered her bum with his hand.

These two have been inseparable since they got together almost a month ago. Earlier yesterday afternoon, they were spotted on their way to the Beverly Hills Medical Center on Bedford Drive.

The cause for their trip to the doctor is unknown, but they seemed happy enough as they exited the facility, seemingly ruling out anything negative.

When they suddenly broke up back in February, no one was quite sure why. And with Benji Madden moving on so quickly with Paris Hilton, you’d think his ex-fiancé Sophie Monk would be upset. But she’s not.

The paparazzi caught up to Miss Monk yesterday outside of the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and asked her if she was sore over the whole ordeal. She replied vehemently, “No, no, no!”

And looking the way she does, the Australian babe won’t be on the market for long. This gorgeous model/singer turns heads everywhere she goes.

Sure, her ex-fiancé has been gallivanting all around town with his new high-profile girlfriend Paris Hilton. But don’t count Sophie Monk out just yet.

The Australian babe was spotted out and about with a pal at the Melrose Trading Post swap meet at Fairfax High School yesterday. And she had no trouble attracting the attention of male passersby.

But the real news is that Miss Monk may have moved on fairly quickly as well, since her disengagement from Madden. Insiders are reporting that she’s found love with a multi-millionaire video game designer.

Sophie was spotted having a romantic breakfast at the Griddle café on the Sunset Strip with Jason Rubin, a gaming guru who recently sold one of his companies to Fox Interactive Media for more than $20 million.

Maybe that’s why she’s been smiling so big lately!
